Artwork

To assist in the production process you are more than welcome to supply your own artwork for printing.

Please follow the guidelines below if you want to supply Print Ready files.

We also accept a large range of files for design purposes, if you are unsure send what you have and we will let you know if it can be used.

PRINT READY files are finished artwork files that need no alterations, saved at actual or a scalable size, with fonts outlined or embedded, and bleed where applicable.

Files Accepted:

PDF or EPS file with vector artwork and images at minimum 300dpi at 100% size.
JPG or TIFF file, minimum resolution 300dpi at 100% size.

*All artwork that is not supplied as PRINT READY will need a proof to be approved by the client before proceeding to production.

ARTWORK files supplied for design purposes can include:

AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, CDR, DWG, DXF, JPG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, PNG

We can also accept Microsoft Office documents for data such as text, spreadsheets, or your ideas for layouts.

Things to be aware of:

VECTOR artwork is required for certain production methods, such as vinyl cutting. Images supplied for these processes will need to be converted to Vector by our design staff.

IMAGE files are restricted in their size by their resolution (amount of pixels). The more it is enlarged the lower the resolution becomes, (e.g an image at 300dpi scaled to 200% will now be 150dpi). The Pixels of an image will be visible at resolutions lower than 150dpi.

COLOURS can appear very different on computer monitors than when printed.

Artwork should be in CMYK format for best colour accuracy.

If you have a spot colour list the PANTONE (PMS) number.

*Please note that with Digital Printing method not all spot colours can be matched.
